About the Speaker: Ron Alexander is the President of R. Alexander
Associates, Inc., a company specializing in product and market
development for organic recycled products. He is a horticulturalist
with over 40 years of experience working with compost and other
soil amendments. He is the author of the ‘The Field Guide to
Compost Use’, and several state and federal soil amendment and
soil specifications. He also managed the STA Program for 10 years,
the national compost quality program, and received the Jerome
Goldstein Lifetime Achievement Award from the US Composting
Council.
