Franklin Styer Professor of Horticultural Botany at Penn State, for a mini-workshop that will help you improve your processes for estimating and bidding residential and commercial landscape projects. During this session, you will learn step-by-step procedures for competitive and non-competitive bidding, including:

  • Completing an accurate quantity takeoff
  • Identifying true labor and equipment costs
  • Establishing pricing for project tasks
  • Calculating and recovering overhead
  • Ensuring profit
