Thomas Rainer is a leading voice in ecological landscape design, known for his work on iconic projects such as the U.S. Capitol grounds, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, and The New York Botanical Garden. He is a celebrated speaker and co-author of Planting in a Post-Wild World, recognized by the American Horticultural Society as one of the top books of the year. His expertise lies in creating ecologically functional landscapes that thrive in urban contexts.
