Pike & Rose
Atlanta, GA

Pike & Rose is a new mixed-use development in the location of the old Mid-Pike Plaza in Montgomery County, Maryland. The intent was to take what was a typical shopping mall and rebuild it as a new outdoor lifestyle neighborhood with new streets, streetscape, and buildings that house ground level retail, parking garages, condominiums and apartments. This 24-acre project was designed to engage, entertain, and inspire and be a magnet for shopping, cuisine, and culture.

The River Oaks District
Oklahoma City, OK

The intent of this project was to turn this expansive 14-acre district into a walkable city-street environment. The area includes a mix of luxury retail, restaurants, office space, and residences. Visitors to the project experience high-end, world-class retail experiences in a carefully crafted complex that lends a contemporary feel with some Texas flair in its landscaping and building materials, which are native to the state. Distinctive and welcoming landscape elements, including mature trees, beautiful plantings, and quality materials and furnishings, identify River Oaks as a special place.

Centennial Village at Catholic University

Centennial Village is a cluster of dorms surrounding a courtyard in the middle of the Catholic University campus. The goal of this ambitious project was to update the space, create more usable and inviting areas for students, and address major drainage concerns. The centerpiece fountain and small amphitheater allows for larger gatherings sponsored by the university. Our work involved complete demolition and regrading of the courtyard; installing drainage and bio-retention areas; installing a multi-purpose court for sports; constructing walkways, walls, curbs and a fountain; and installing plantings throughout.

The ADA location in downtown Washington, D.C., is a small corner property on 21st St. The job entailed performing brickwork on street planter beds, creating and installing a wrought-iron arbor, and incorporating granite pavement with cobble curb and a variety of plants, grasses, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall esthetics of the building. An irrigation system was also installed.
